BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RELEASE
OF AGREEMENT WITH CAPITOLA BERRY FARMS FOR THE IN-
STALLATION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT 851 HAMILTON
AVENUE
WHEREAS, a certain agreement dated February 28, 1969, and subsequently
recorded in Book 8478 of Santa Clara County Official Records at page
232, et. seq., was entered into by and between Capitola Berry Farms,
referred to therein as OWNER, and the City of Campbell, a municipal
corporation referred to therein as CITY, relative to construction of
certain street improvements across lands described therein; and
WHEREAS, the owners, their successors or assigns, have fulfilled all
the terms and provisions as contained in said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby release the owners as above set forth, their
heirs, successors, or assigns, from all obI igations contained in said
agreement, and terminates said agreement.

BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 1HE ZONING MAP OF
1HE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (ZC 84-01).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, together
with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended. Said amendments
being outlined on the map attached hereto entitled Exhibit A.
SECTION '!WO: This ordinance shall become effective 30 days following
its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.

A C- PD (CONDa.nNIUM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONING
DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF DENNIS KOBZA, ZC 84-01).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, being a part
of the Campbell MUnicipal Code, together with amendments thereto, is hereby
changed and amended by adopting Exhibit A entitled Plans and Elevations,
Exhibit B entitled Development Schedule, Exhibit C entitled Map of Said
Property, and Exhibit D entitled Conditions of Approval, as per the applica-
tion of Mr. Dermis Kobza on property located at 851 E. Hamilton Avenue.
Copies of said exhibits are on file in the Office of the Planning Department.

All parking and driveway areas to be developed in comoliance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municioal Code. All parking spaces
to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper auards.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
20.16.070 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and tele-
vision cables, etc.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with orovisions of
the Sign Ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the Building Depart-
ment (Section 21.68.030 of the Campbell Municipal Code).
Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell ,Municipal Code stipulates that
any contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, 9arbage,
wet garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of
Campbell shall be made with Green Valley Disposal Company. This
requirement applies to all single-family dwellings, multiple apart-
ment units, to all commercial, business, industrial. manufacturing,
and construction establishments.
Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire De-
partment. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of
a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence Ind hive
