CC Ordinance 2050 ORDINANCE NO. 2050 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A ZONING CLASSIFICA nON CHANGE (PLN2004-95) FROM C-3-S (CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT) TO C-PD (CONDOMINIUM/PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF CAMPBELL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY LOCATED AT 175-201 E. CAMPBELL AVENUE IN THE C-3-S (CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MR. JEFF WARMOTH, ON BEHALF OF CAMPBELL AVENUE ASSOCIATES, LLc. FILE NO.: PLN2004-95. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Mr. Jeff Warmoth for approval of a Zoning Classification Change (PLN2004-95) for property located at 175-201 E. Campbell Avenue from C-3-S (Central Business District) to C-PD (Condominium/Planned Development). SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
