1.
Parking to be provided as required by Ordinance - additional
parking as required by Ordinance to be provided on Parcel 44 (Lot 15.).
Parking and driveway area to be developed in compliance with Section
9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code. Parking area to be developed
and striped prior to use of the bui1ding-

Additional 12 parking spaces to be provided, and instrument
furnished, satisfactory to the City Attorney indicating that
the 12 spaces and adequate access will be available for the
restaurant use.
4. Developer to obtain excavation permit for curb cuts for driveway
approaches.

Section 9316.1 of the CampDell ~unic¡pal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an ~Äte~si~ll for such approv&l is obtained by rnaki~g w~ittcn a¡plic~~ian
for same to the Planning Commis"ion at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

In accordance with Section 9316, Chapter 3, Article IX of the Campbell
Municipal Code of the City of Campbell, the undersigned hereby makes
application for approval of the attached plans.

The said improvements will be located on land described as follows:

which Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, on November 3, 1959 in
Book 113 of Maps, pages 34 and 35.
