Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(130) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

Application of Peter Paulsen for approval of
two offices on property located at 101 West
Hamilton Avenue. (See Map #3 attached).
This proposed development is zoned (-l..S and is located on the north
side of ¡~est Hamilton Avenue just h'cst of the office building kJ~o\'Jn
as the King Building.
The parking and setbacks meet ordinance requirements.
Staff recommends approval subject to the fol1o\..¡ing condi tions:
1.
Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added
in "red" on plans.
2.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose
bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted
for apIHoval of the PlallJd ng Di rector at time of appl icat:ion
for building permit.
3.
Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000 to be posted to
insure landscaping~ fencing and striping of parking area \,.'i thin
three. (3) I'1onths of completion of construction, or applicant may

The appjicant is notified as part of this application that he is required

5.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
6.
Underground Utilities to be provided as required by Section 9110.6
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
7.
Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and
television cables, etc.
8.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be instaJ] cd
