Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section sha11 expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an
extension for such approval is obtained by making written application for
same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for In this chapter.

Beginning NW corner of Lot 15 in the easterly line of Kimberly
Drive as said Lot and Drive are shown upon that certain map
entitled Tract No. 3289, Kirkwood Plaza Annex, recorded
August 21,1962 in Book 151 of Maps at Page 28, thence from
said point of beginning N 2 degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds,
W along the said easterly line of Kimberly Drive for a distance
of 182034 ft., thence NE along an arc of a curve to the right
with a radius of 20 ft. through a central angle of 89 degrees
28 minutes 30 seconds for an arc distance of 31.23 ft. to a
point in the southerly line of Campbell Avenue, as said Avenue
shown upon said Tract No. 3289 above referred to, thence along
the said southerly line of Campbell Avenue ~he following
courses and distances: N 86 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds,
E 95078 ft., thence SE along an arc of a curve to the right
tangent to the preceding course with a radius of 20 ft. through
a central angle of 28 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds for an arc
distance of 10.11 ft. and on the reverse curve to the left with
a radius of 20 ft. through a central angle of 28 degrees 57 minutes
20 seconds for an arc distance of 10.11 ft. to the point of
