BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (ze 81-12, 1399 &
1411 HARRIET AVENUE).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning r1ap of the City of Campbell, together
\.¡ith amendments thereto, is her'eby changed and amended. Said amend¡rents
being outlined on the map attached hereto entitled Exhibit A.

HARRIET AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONING
DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF MR. BRUCE JOHNSON, ze 81-12).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. Bruce Johnson for approval of plans. elevations,
development schedule and conditions of approval for construction of
5 single-family homes and retention of an existing house on property
located at 1399 and 1411 Harriet Avenue, as per the application filed
in the office of the Planning Department, 75 North Central Avenue,
Campbel1, California on April 8,1981 and after presentation by the
Plarminq Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the
Planning Cornmission did f'ind as follows:

That the proposed construction of 5 additional single-family
dwellings would be compatible v.Jith the existing uses in the
-¡¡ffi!f!d'iate area and would be compatible with the land Use
Element of the General Plan which indicates ¡¡low Density
