12, Ordinance No, 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that any
contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage
and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of Campbell shall be
made with Green Valley Disposal Company. This requirement applies to all
single-family dwellings, multiple apartment units, to all commercial,
business, industrial, manufacturing, and construction establishments.
13, Trash container(s) 'of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department.
Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor
surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have self-closing doors of a size
specified by the Fire Department, All enclosures to be constructed at grade
level and have a level area adjacent to the trash enclosure area to service
these containers.

Dear Homeowner,
This letter is regarding the new development of homes being built
on Hazel Avenue in Campbell. Enclosed is a copy of the conditions
of approval for this project; please refer to sheet 3 item #24.
This item requests that Ainsley Development, Inc., together with
your support, install street improvements such as sidewalks, curbs
and gutters.
The below items have been listed to reflect the ap?roximate cost
to you to have the improvements installed. The cost is based on
the City of Campbell-approved Engineer's Estimate that has been
enclosed. As per item #24 on sheet 3, the cost of the installation
of improvements has been divided to share the relationship of cost
between labor and materials. Final cost will be determined as
soon as a subcontract has been awarded and if you are willing
to share in the expense. Please note that our contract prices
are typically less than the amounts that the City uses for the
Engineer's Estimate.

The approximate cost to you to supply the materials so that the
above improvements can be installed is $ 3,167,00
Prior to the improvements being installed, it will be necessary
for property owners to dedicate approximately 10 feet of property
across the length of their lot street frontage to the City of
Campbell. This property is where the new improvements and street
right of way will occupy.
Enclosed you will find a letter along with a self-addressed,
stamped envelope for your reply. Thank you for your cooperation
and prompt attention to this matter. If you should have any
