Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hòse bibs or sprinkler system anò type of fencing to be submitted for approval of the Planning Director at time of application for building permit. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to be posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of outdoor parking areas prior to issuance of building permit. An enclosul'e consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a six foot high solid ~all or fence shall be constructed to house trash container in an area approved by the Planning Director and Fire Department. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code. Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground utilities including water, sewer, electric, teleptlone and television cables, etc. 6. 7. 8. Dedication to 60' right-of-way line on Hollis Avenue for remainder of street. b. Dedication of 6' pedestrian easement from Manx Avenue to Hollis Avenue as shown on tentative subdivision' map. c. Construction of street improvements on Hollis Avenue and sidewalk in the 6' pedestrian easement in accordance with Article 1, Chapt,er 1, Part 1, of the Campbell MunicipalCodé. d.
