BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
TRACT NO. 7900, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OFFERED THEREON
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of
Campbell a final map of Tract No. 7900, at northeast corner of Esther and
Latimer Avenues for approval;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that the map conforms to
Subdivision Map Act and City Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that said map be and the same is hereby approved, and that any real
property offered for dedication for public use is accepted on behalf of
the public in conformity with the terms of the offer of dedication.

Dear Melvin:
Enclosed are the check prints for the sanitary sewer.
Return them at the time the tracings are signed, the fees
paid, and bond posted by the developer.
Aside from the staff's comments on the plans, the following
will be required.
1.
Profile of sewer to be installed within Latimer
Avenue; on-site sewer profile not required.
2.
Locate utilities and indicate them on Latimer
Avenue profile.
3.
On-site sewer main-where the main sewer is between
the two buildings. Check the angle of repose of the
building footing; if it intrudes into the trench
(3 ft. wide approximately) fill the trench over the
top Qf the intrusion with pipe bedding material or
structural backfill-relative compaction 95%.
4.
Include a dedication for sanitary sewers within the
owner's certificate on the map.
Forward a copy of the map at the time the tracings are
presented for approval.
Mr. Wu has the bond form, etc., and the information
on the fees.

TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP - LATIMER AVENUE AT ESTHER AVENUE
Dea r Mr. Wu:
We wonder whether or not we should process the tentative parcel map you
filed this September 17.
When more than four condominiums are to be created, the State Subdivision
Map Act requires that a tract map be filed rather than a parcel map. A
parcel map would be appropriate if you were creating fewer than five con-
dominiums or if you only wanted to combine the two existing lots into
one. Since you intend to create 10 condominiums ultimately a tract map
will be required.
You may have some reason for combining the lots before creating the con-
dominiums, but we want to be sure that you understand that we do not
require you to first combine the two lots. Such a combination is assumed
to be done automatically by the tract map when it is filed.
Unless you have some reason for doing otherwise, we suggest you file the
tract map now instead of the parcel map.
We have different procedures for processing the two kinds of maps so you
should ask your engineer to contact the undersigned when you have decided
how you want to proceed.
Please advise us of whether we should process the parcel map you have sub-
mitted or whether we should expect a tract map in its place.

division in conformance with the plans of the San Jose Water Works.
Water service to be provided by said water company. Fire hydrants and appurte-
nances shall be provided and installed at the locations specified by the
Fire Chief, Fire Department, City of Campbell. Fire hydrant maintenance
fees shall be paid to City at the rate of $195 per fire hydrant.
Subdivider shall create or provide any public service easement and any other
public utility and/or public service easements as may be necessary for the
installation of any and all public utilities and/or facilities.
Compliance with the provisions of Title 20, Subdivisions of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
Subdivider to pay Storm Drainage Area Fee.
