Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such app~oval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval. .
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

Property to be fenced as indicated on plans.
Fãithful performance bond in the amount of $500 to be posted
to insure striping of parking area \lithin three (3) months
of completion of construction, or applicant may file written
agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping of
parking area prior to final building department clearance.

Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
4.
An approved trash container enclosure shall be provided.
5.
Enrollment to be limited to seventy-four (74) pupils.
The applicant is notified that as a part of this application he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Caffipbell.
A.
All parking and driveway areas to be,.developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
B. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions
--~f-the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed
until application is approved and permit issued by the
building department.
C.
Termination of existing real estate office on the subject
property.
D.
Compliance with all applicable conditions of Use Permit 71-3
approved April 19,1971.
E.
Building must meet requirements for a "D"-2 occupancy.
F.
Compliance with provisions of Article 8, Title 19, California
Administrative Code as a new occupancy.
The applicant is notified that he shall comp¡y with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Ca~pbell which pertain to
this development a~d are not herein ~pecified.
