CC Ordinance 2065 ORDINANCE NO. 2065 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION CHANGE (PLN2004-109) FROM R-1-9 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ON PROPERTY OWNED BY MR. JACK BATES LOCATED AT 1819 W. HACIENDA AVENUE IN AN R-1-9 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MR. HAMID ADLPARVAR, ON BEHALF OF MR. JACK BATES. FILE NO.: PLN2004-109. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Mr. Hamid Adlparvar, on behalf of Mr. Jack Bates, for approval of a Zoning Classification Change (PLN2004-109) for property located at 1819 W. Hacienda Avenue from R-1-9 (Single Family Residential) to P-D (Planned Development). SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
