Bascom Avenue Dear Ms. Ford: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application for a new wall sign and found that it is consistent with the Hamilton Plaza Master Sign Plan. The new wall sign is 17.42 square feet and consists of internally illuminated individual channel letters and logo reading, "Sprint. " 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning Division on August 11,2005. 3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. However, we 'Would like to point out that Sprint is only entitled to be on the monument until 6130/06. per the terms of the lease. If Sprint would like to have a new sign made. identical to existing except for the deletion of the word "store". they will need to contact us to have this made.
