Sign - Trailsloggers - 2005October 26, 2005 Neil Collins Trailslogger Outdoor Discovery Gear 220 East Campbell Avenue Campbell, CA 95008 Re: Sign Permit Application/Awning File No: PLN2005-154 - Trailsloggers 220 East Campbell Avenue Dear Mr. Collins: The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your sign plan for a new wall sign and two window signs at 220 E. Campbell Avenue. The two window signs are exempt from the sign regulations pursuant to (section 21.03.040 L) of the Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) and the wall sign complies with (section 21.10.060 K ) CMC . The application has been approved subject to the following conditions: I. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign/awning installation. 2. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning Division on October 26,2005. 3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. Staff recommends that the proposed awning design be revised to a style and shape that is more complementary to the architectural style of the building. Additionally it is recommended that you submit a proposed color scheme for the storefront improvements of your business. Please contact the undersigned to discuss these possible revisions.
