Campbell Avenue Dear Mr. Frog: The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your sign application for a new 5.27 square foot, illuminated, wall-mounted sign located at the above referenced address, and a 2.5 square foot double-sided projecting sign. Your application has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building pennits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning Division on April 15, 2005. 3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
