Dear Mr. Heeschen:
On August 11,2005, the Community Development Director approved your application for Tree Removal
Permit for one Deodar Cedar Tree on property located at 275 Carlyn Avenue in the R-I-6 (Single-family)
Zoning District, subject to the following condition of approval for tree replacement:
1. The applicant is required to plant one (1) 36-inch box Citrus tree in the location specified by the
approved replanting plan on or before September 22, 2005.
The Tree Removal Permit was approved based upon the fact that the tree has demonstrated limb failures
in the past off during windstorms.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell
City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, on or before Monday. August 22.2005 at 5:00 p.m.
