Central Avenue Campbell, CA 95008 Dear Ms, Lindem: At the regular meeting of July 20, 2004, the Campbell City Council gave second reading to Ordinance No. 2048 approving a Zone Change (pLN 2004-53) from C-PD (Condominium/Planned Development) to R-1-6 (Single Family Residential, 6,000 square foot minimum lot size) Zoning District on property located at 236 N. Central Avenue in a C-PD (Condominium/Planned Development) Zoning District. A certified copy of this Ordinance is enclosed for your records. The Ordinance will become effective 30 days from the date of second reading. Please note that the time within which judicial review of this action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period.
