CC Ordinance 2066 ORDINANCE NO. 2066 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN (PLN2005-06) CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION ON PROPERTY OWNED BY KIRKORIAN ENTERPRISES, LLC, LOCATED AT 1859 BUCKNALL ROAD FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL TO LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND PROPERTY AT 145 FULTON STREET FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL. APPLICATION OF MR. MIKE MUSSANO, ON BEHALF OF WARD-YOUNG ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING. FILE NO. PLN2005-06. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Mr. Mike Mussano, on behalf of Ward- Young Architecture and Planning, for property owned by Kirkorian Enterprises, LLC, located at 1859 Bucknall Road from Neighborhood Commercial to Low-Medium Density Residential and property at 145 Fulton Street from Medium Density Residential to Low-Medium Density Residential. SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
