Responding to questions t¥om Corn.missioners, Mr. Piasecki
provided a brief ove.rview of' the number of allowable traits per
lot size and permitted lot coverage as stated in. the Rd-10
Zoning Ordinance.
Chairperson Alne opened 'the Public ttearing.
Public Comment:
Mr. Richard Emigh, on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cutting, noting that the plans
have been. revised to reflect 't.l.~e rear setback and vdndow .modifications as requested by
thc Site and.. Axchitcct:urM Re'hew Committee. He asked for Commission approvM of
'd'.~e p.rojec t.
Mrs. Suzan 'Waher 1: 81 Estrellim. recognized that the consistency with the current
ordinances and appreciated improvement to the dwelling; however, stated that this
.house would be one of the examples that will be used to support the argu.ment a.[yainst
future devdopment in the San Tomb, s Area.

Coun. sel relating to Conflict of mteresu' rules.
Conuni. ssioner Meyer-Kennedy asked about the status of the 346 unit a'partn~ent
development 'prehously approved for location at 500 Railway Avenue. Mr. Piasec 'ki
infbrmed, fl~e (;omTnission that a new develope.r has submitted acceptable plans, s:imi.la'r
to those approved, and. is currently seeking [)reject fimding.
