Dear Mr. Ford:
The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application for the installation of one new
monument sign for the Baja Fresh restaurant located at 1976 S. Bascom Avenue subject to the following
conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to the sign
installation.
This permit shall expire six months from the date of approval unless the sign has been erected.

Dear Mr. Ford:
The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application for a new monument sign at 1976 S. Bascom
Avenue. Staff is unable to approve the proposed sign at this time due to unpermitted banner signs and an
illegal A-frame sign that have been installed on the property. Currently there are two wall/banner signs
on the north and south side of the property and an A-frame sign located on the sidewalk along Bascom
Avenue. The proposed monument sign cannot be approved until the illegal signs have been removed
from the property.
