The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application for the installation of
one new wall sign for a new Baja Fresh restaurant located at 1976 S. Bascom Avenue.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits prior to sign installation.
2. Any additional signs for the establishment must be reviewed and approved by the Planning
Division prior to installation.
