Dear Mr. Neff,
This letter is to advise you that the zoning and use of the above-captioned Premises is governed
by the laws and regulations of the City of Campbell. The Premises are zoned a combination of C-
2-S (General Commercial) and R-3-S (Multiple Family Residential) and the current underlying
General Plan designation is a combination of Commercial and High Density Residential.
The aforesaid zoning permits the use of the Premises for retail, office, and professional service
use as well as residential use. This property received Site and Architectural approval (S 83-19)
on February 14, 1984 for a two-story office building and accompanying parking.
Without a comprehensive review of the site, we are unable to determine whether or not the
Premises and the improvements thereon are in violation of the City of Campbell's building and
zoning laws, rules, and regulations.
