Campbell Avenue The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2002-68) for one new wall sign of 29 square feet and a 9 inch by 18 inch projecting sign to be located on the referenced property. This sign permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building/electrical permits from the Building Division, prior to sign installations. 2. The proposed signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated August 13, 2002: a) The wall sign shall not exceed four (4) feet tall by eight (8) feet long and shall be shaped as shown on the plans. The wall sign shall be white, black and green as shown on the plans. Sign shall be flush mounted to the building and the bolts shall be painted to match. b) The projecting sign shall be mounted as shown on the plans and provide a minimum of eight (8) feet clearance from the sidewalk. 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. Please submit a revised plan for the monument sign at the time of your Building Division submittal.
