The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2003-
00014) for one new wall sign at 509 E. Campbell Avenue. The new wall sign is 24.27 square feet
and consists of non-illuminated, white channel letters reading "New Century Title Co."
Based upon the submitted plans, the proposed window signs are exempt from the Sign Ordinance
as long as they do not exceed fifty percent of the total window area.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as
approved on February 19, 2003.
The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
All temporary banner signs shall be removed prior to the installation of the approved
permanent sign.
