Campbell Avenue. This revised signing application has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval and supersedes the previous approval dated November 27,2001: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The sign shall conform with the enclosed approved plans and is non-illuminated. 3. The applicant shall replace or re-paint the existing dentist sign to match the same color of the approved sign for Standard Pacific Homes as part of this project. Campbfill Ave. Sign Application Dear Mr. Olshaskie: Please be advised that the Planning Division has reviewed your sign application (PLN2001-00063) for a wall-mounted sign at the above-referenced property. Signs with the names of occupants within an office building may be attached to the building, painted on the building, or freestanding. The total display area for any one development cannot exceed eighty square feet and no single sign can have a display area greater than forty square feet. Please provide an elevation of the building which shows the display area for the existing wall mounted sign for the dentist, the display area for the monument sign in front of the building, the proposed color of the sign, and if these letters will be bolted to the building individually or will be placed on a base. Signs on the same building should match each other as much as possible in design and color.
