Attached is a copy of a parcel map for Don's signature.
You may recall that this item has been held up pending the
vacation of a light and air easement created on the original map
of Tract No. 379. The easement was vacated by the Council at
their meeting of April 19th. The map contains the record data of
the resolution of abandonment.
The map has been checked by reference to:

Parcel Map 451 M 1
Engineers calc. sheets dated Oct 15, 1987
Assessors Parcel Maps.
I will retain the original until Don is prepared to sign it.

Dear Mr. Wimberly:
I am a part owner of the property at 235 N. Third St. in
Campbell. We have received approval to a Zone Change and
Planned Development Permit by City Council on 6-22-87, file
~ ZC 87-02. We also have received approval of Tentative
Parcel Map, PM 87-03, on October 6, 1987.
At the Final Map stage it was discovered that the property
have had a setback line oF 12.5' on Latimer Ave. and 25' on
N. Third.Street. These setbacks interferes with the recent
Site Development approval which we have From the City of
Campbell.
T~is is to request that whatever step is necessary are taken
to eliminate the existin~ setbacks, and enforce and record
.the newly approved setbacks.
Since we are into the Construction Season, in order to take
advantage of time and avoid delaying start of construction,
until the setback problem is resolved, I would greatly
appreciate if you would release some portion o£ Building
Permit so that we could accomplish some progress while
waiting For the proper action.

Dear Mr. Penoyer:
This letter is in regard to the 25 foot building line
affecting Lot 4 of Tract 379, as dedicated on the Map of
said Tract.
After proper abandonment proceedings have been
completed, a certified copy of the Resolution of
Abandonment has been recorded, and the building line has
been eliminated from the Parcel Map, Fidelity National
Title Insurance Company will be willing to insure title
free and clear of said 25 foot building line.
