Dear Ms. Azzolino:
Please be advised that the Planning Division has approved your sign application (PLN2001-00106) for a new
wall sign and the re-facing of two existing monument signs at 1581 W. Campbell Ave. and found that it is
consistent with the approved Wing Center Master Sign Plan. This signing application has been approved
subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits fi.om the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
The wall area shall be repaired and repainted to match the existing surface areas.
This sign permit shall expire six months fi.om the date of approval unless the signs have been erected.

Sign Application for Big Lots
Dear Ms. Azzolino:
The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application (PLN2001-00106) for one new wall sign and a
face change to the two existing monument signs at 1581 W. Campbell Avenue. All signs allowed for the
Campbell Wing Center are required to comply with the approved master sign plan. The proposed signage
does not meet the requirements of the approved master sign plan.
This application has been deemed incomplete. Please submit revised plans for the proposed wall sign
which incorporate the requirements of the master sign plan. The maximum size of a wall sign shall be 50
square feet. Additionally, the maximum letters and logo height shall be 24 inches, letters on two lines of
copy not to exceed the combined height of 30 inches. I have enclosed a copy of the master sign plan for
reference.
