Based upon this review additional information needs to be submitted to complete this application. The following information is necessary to complete the application: Site Plan 1. A detailed site plan needs to be submitted for the multi-tenant monument signs. This plan needs to be scaled and needs to depict the orientation of the sign, the setbacks of the sign relative to walkways, landscaping, property lines and buildings. Elevations 1. Provide clarification regarding the type and color of individual tenant signs and logos. Signing details should be provided in the sign program that requires a specific material and limits the letter/logo sizes. 2. It is recommended that illumination of these signs be accommodated. Staff would encourage the presentation of an illumination solution at this time, so that a consistent program is provided in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact me at (408) 866-2144, if you have any questions regarding the requested information.
