Campbell, CA. 95008 September 26, 2000 To: Planning Department City of Campbell 70 North First St. Campbell, CA. 95008 To whom it may concern, We are requesting a waiver of underground utilities, and to remain with our overhead services for the following reasons. 1. We have a reasonably new service, installed in around November of 1997 or 1998, when we experienced a wind storm that blew our service loose, it was replaced with new line good for at least a 200 Amp service. 2. There have been four homes remodeled to almost rebuilt in the past few months to a year, none on Cherry Ln. have gone underground utilities. (I have photos with this submittal) 65 Cherry Ln. 125 Cherry Ln. 261 Cherry Ln. 230 Cherry Ln. 3. The street has been resurfaced in the past few months to a year, it would be a shame to cut, excavate and patch it. Thank You Jim Haynes
