Please be advised that the Planning Division has approved your sign application (PLN2001-00086) for a 10
square foot sign at the above referenced property and found that it is consistent with the approved Master Sign
Plan. This signing application has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to the sign
installation.
The sign shall be centered between exterior columns at the tenant space entry.
The bottom of the sign shall be no lower than 7 feet 9 inches above finished grade.

Dear Ms. Low:
The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application for a tenant sign at the above referenced
property. All tenant signs allowed for the ground floor commercial and office uses are required to comply
with the approved master sign plan. The proposed sign does not meet the requirements of the approved
master sign plan.
This application has been deemed incomplete. Please submit revised plans which incorporate the
requirements of the master sign plan. Signs should be made of wood with a sandblasted finish and raised
lettering. The required background color is light tan (to match the body color of the building) with black
lettering and border. I have enclosed a copy of the plan for reference. Also please submit a letter of
approval from the Home Owners Association for the revised sign.
