RE: Proposed Utility pad at 590 Division Street.
Dear Ms. Irani:
This letter addresses your concem regarding the storage of Hazardous Matedal at the proposed Utility
pad at the rear of 590 Division Street.
At the proposed pad we will have some mechanical equipment as shown on the plans submitted.
Namely a cooling tower, three small heat pumps, DI water equipment including an 1800 gallon tank
and Reverse Osmosis unit and up to six Liquid Nitrogen Dewars (medium size cylinders).
Additionally we are proposing to store up to 110 gallons of spent highly diluted Hydrofluoric Acid (HF)
in a Iockable Safety Storage double contained enclosure specifically made for this purpose. Further
note that we have designed this utility pad with its own Iockable gate, a curb around it and epoxy
coated it for further safety.
We must have this ability to store the spent product in the subject utility pad to enable the disposal
pick up truck proper access.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
For: Francois Henley, President, Silicon Genesis Corporation
