Dear Mr. Inouye:
The Planning Division has reviewed your plan submittal of May 16, 2000 for a single-family addition on
the referenced property.
The property is located in the San Tomas Neighborhood and is subject to the policies of the San Tomas
Area Neighborhood Plan (STANP). As the building is in the R-l-10 Zoning District, the project will
receive site and architectural review by the Community Development Director.
The proposed structure is consistent with these development policies in terms of lot coverage, floor area
ratio and setbacks.
The following items need to be addressed prior to a clearance to a Planning Division clearance: I) Provide a tree disclosure statement for the property
2) Address the modification to the driveway area where the garage is being converted and
3) It is recommended that trim and window sills be incorporated into the design to provide
architectural relief.
