The Brick Works was our tenant from May 2000 to June 2002. The company was a masonry contractor. The property was used to house their offices as well as store materials and equipment for their trade. Those materials included mortar, sand, stone, and other miscellaneous construction materials. The equipment stored on site included mixers, trucks, trailers, generators, saws, and other equipment.
