The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your application to relocate your office and
operation's facility for McClintock Landscape Contractor to 90 Gilman Avenue. This approval
was granted with the understanding that the business is replacing a masonry contractor that
leased this property from May 2000 to June 2002 at this location. Your business description
indicates that you will have three trucks, three trailers and a 6 yard dumpster. All of this
equipment will be accommodated in the parking structures or within the screened storage yard of
the site.

This letter is intended to con£m-n the recent use of the property located at 90 Gilman
Avenue. The Brick Works was our tenant from May 2000 to June 2002. The company was a
masonry contractor. The property was used to house their offices as well as store materials
and equipment for their trade. Those materials included mortar, sand, stone, and other
miscellaneous construction materials. The equipment stored on site included mixers, trucks,
trailers, generators, saws, and other equipment.
