Dear Tzvetanka Zlatanova:
The Community Development Department has reviewed your application for a fence exception for the
west side of your property running the entire length of the rear property lines of 1356 and 1358
Hacienda Court and spanning 58 feet of the side property line between 1356 and 1358 Hacienda Court.
It has been determined that the requested fence exception will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety;
a more desirable site layout will result; It will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals,
comfort or general welfare of the City and it will not be detrimental or injurious to property and
improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City.
Therefore, your request for an eight-foot high fence, consisting of a six-foot solid board topped with
two feet of lattice has been approved. The fence exception is granted for the above referenced
addresses, subject to the following conditions:
1. Obtain all necessary building permits from the Campbell Building Division prior to construction of
the fence.
A copy of the approved plans is enclosed. If you should have any other questions regarding this matter,
