Please be advised that the Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application
(PLN2001-00083) for a new cabinet sign for the Banfield Pet Hospital located at 850 W. Hamilton
Avenue· This signing application has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
2. This permit shall expire six months from the date of approval unless the sign has been
erected·
3. The bottom of the sign shall be no lower than 8 feet 6 inches above finished grade.

proposed changes from single channel letters to cabi let for ~'Bar~field The Pet
Hospital"(identified as DRWG E10109067-01 dated 9/26f01). A copy is
enclosed.
These changes have been reviewed and approved by Save Mart's
Chairman as sublandlord for PEFsMART. This a pprc val is contingent upon
required approvals having been obtained from all governmental agencies having
jurisdiction, Including, but not necessarily limited to yc ur providing us copy'ofthe
sign permit once'issued to you for this particular sign design and installation.

for a wall-mounted sign at the above-referenced property. New signs within a shopping center
should match the existing tenant signs as much as possible. Please revise your plans to show a
cabinet-style sign mounted below the eave of the building similar to the other signs in the shopping
center.

provides its contingent approval providing all required approvals are obtained from any and all
governmental agencies having jurisdiction, evidenced by, among other things, copy of the sign
