The Planning Division has reviewed your plan submittal for a residential addition on the referenced
property. The following issues need to be addressed prior to the issuance of a building permit:
1. Property dimensions are shown incorrectly: The assessor's map indicates your property
dimensions to be 125' x 75'.
2. Roofing design and materials: The plans indicate an irregular roof form with different roof
materials. A revised roof plan is recommended.
3. Are there any trees being removed with the proposed addition? If so please provide a tree
disclosure statement.
