Dear Mr. Peters:
The Planning Division has reviewed your plan submittal for a 1086 square foot addition to your existing
residence at 1310 Hoffman Lane. The following issues need to be addressed prior to a clearance from the
Planning Division for the issuance of a building permit:
Tree Protection Plan: Please provide a tree disclosure statement indicating no protected trees will be removed
with the proposed addition. Protected trees include redwood, cedar, oak or ash trees with a diameter of more than
12 inches. (form enclosed)
2. Site Plan Comments:
a. Please provide setbacks to all property lines.
3. Elevations: Please provide larger scale elevations that include the existing residence. A minimum 1/8 scale is
recommended. Please include the north, south and east elevations.
Floor Plan: Provide a floor plan of the existing residence (conceptual with the proposed addition). The floor plan
must demonstrate one dwelling unit, consequently, all sleeping and living areas must be connected via interior
living spaces.
5. Parking: The zoning ordinance requires the provision of two on-site parking spaces for a single family residence.
Please demonstrate a 10' x 20' covered parking space.
