The westerly portion of the lot is presently zoned C-P-D (Condominium Planned Development) and the eastern portion is presently zoned C-2-S (General Commercial with a Site and Architectural Review Overlay). The C-2-S zoning district extends approximately 240 feet west of the western property line abutting South Bascom Avenue. On August 28, 1984, the City of Campbell Planning Commission approved Site and Architectural Review Permit no. S 84-11 for the construction of a three-story office building on the site. The office use is permitted in the C-2-S zoning district. The portion of the site currently zoned C-P,D contains a parking structure. The Planning Commission Resolution approving the office building is attached.
