Ladies and Gentlemen:
In response to your request of May 19, 2003 for a zoning verification letter, please be advised of
the following:
This letter is to advise you that the zoning of the above referenced property located at 600 East
Hamilton Avenue is governed by the laws and regulations of the City of Campbell. This
property is zoned P-D (Planned Development) and the current underlying General Plan
designation is General Commercial.
The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1682 on March 1, 1988, allowing the construction of a
cafeteria and interior modifications to an existing facility on the referenced property. The City
Council adopted Ordinance No. 1557 on April 2, 1985, allowing the remodeling of an existing
building on the reference property. The subject building and uses are in compliance with
applicable zoning requirements.

The City Council o! the City o! Campbell does ordain as follovs:
SECTION ONE: l~at tbs Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and a~ended on property known as 600 E. Hamilton Ave. by adopting
the attached Exhibit I entitled Plans and Elevations; Exhibit B entitled
Development Schedulel Exhibit C entitled Map of Said Property; and Exhibit
D entitled Conditions of Approval, as per the application of Aople
Computer, Inc. fcr plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow
the modification of a previously approved Planned Development Permit to
allow the addition of & cafe~eria and interior modifications in an
existing facility in a Planned Development Zoning DistriCt. Copies of
said Exhibits ate on file in the Planning Department.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days following
its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon
passage and adDition in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
