The trees are located under the utility easement along La Corona Drive, between Las Piedras and Las Encinas Courts. A copy of the request and tree plan for the Homeowners Association is enclosed. My count of the trees tagged by Western Environmental Consultants is 24. Also, please note that PG&E's consultant advised me that 9 additional trees at three locations would have to be removed in the future. These are also noted on the tree inventory and map. Please advise this office whether or not any of the trees where removal is requested are on the original landscaping plan for the complex. If permits are required for removal of any of the listed trees, an application will be made unless the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association is able to work out an alternate pruning plan for these trees. Please call me if you have any questions. Yours truly, BM/Ir PACIFIC STATES MANAGEMENT Brendan McKenna Eric. CC: BP, file
