Dear Ms. Spektor:
The Planning Division has reviewed your revised plan submittal of May 11, 2000 for a proposed
addition to a single-family residence on the referenced property. The proposed addition would
result in a lot coverage of 40.6% (including the front covered porch and rear covered patio). The
maximum lot coverage permitted in the R-l-6 zoning district is 40%, or a maximum building
footprint area of 2,400 square feet. To meet this requirement, 38 square feet must be removed
from the rear covered patio, as discussed with your designer, Jose Jimenez. Staffhas approved
your plans with the following condition:
1.38 square feet must be removed from the rear covered patio.
