Tree Removal Permit - 2000 CITY OF CAMPBELL Community Development Department · Current Planning October 16, 2000 Mr. Paul Porrovecchio 1152 Spencer Avenue San Jose, CA 95125 Re: PLN2000-117 -- Tree Removal Permit -- 1021 Lenor Way Dear Mr. Porrovecchio: This letter is written in response to your conversation this morning with the Planning Secretary, Corinne Shinn, regarding the Tree Removal Permit (PLN2000-117) to remove an Oak tree from your property located at 1021 Lenor Way. The Tree Removal Permit was approved on September 18, 2000, contingent upon a 1 O-day appeal period, which ended on Thursday, September 28, 2000, without any appeals being received by the City. The only Condition of Approval imposed was that you replace the removed tree with a 24-inch box tree within 30 days of the letter or by October 18, 2000. Since you thought that you needed to hear again from staff prior to removing the Oak tree and, therefore have not yet removed the tree, you will be considered in compliance with the Conditions of Approval as long as you install your replacement tree no later than 30 days following the removal of the existing Oak tree. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the Planning Department at (408) 866-2140. Sincerely,,,,/,- . Z?II f --? .,/.~ '., .? / / ,/.- ? /' Geoff I.
