Dear Property Owner:
The Community Development Department has reviewed your Fence Exception application for
the fencing along a portion of the southern property line located at 1080 Monica Lane. The
fence exception provides for a seven-foot wood fence that consists of six-foot vertical boards
with one-foot of lattice on top between your property and the property at 1070 Monica Lane.
It has been determined that the requested Fence Exception:
1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety;
2. Will result in a more desirable site layout from a maintenance and use standpoint;
3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the
City; and
4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to
the general welfare of the City.
Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved. This approval is final in ten
days unless a written appeal letter and the required fee of $100.00 is received at the City Clerk's
Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell on or before Monday, August 26, 2002 at 5:00 p.m.
