Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your sign application for a new
freestanding sign just east of the project driveway on East Hacienda Avenue. Your application has
been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
I. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
2. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the
Planning Division on July 26,2005.
3. The existing monument sign with a temporary banner at 200 E. Hacienda Avenue shall be
removed.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.
