Dear Mr. Peterson:
The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved the sign plan for a new monument sign, a
wall SIgn and various directional/informational signs for 'Guaranty Bank' at 70 W. Hamilton Avenue.
The sign application has been approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sib'11
installation.
2. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning
Division on October 26, 2005.
3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary .
4. The directional sign over the drive thru lane on the south elevation shall be reduced in area from 7
square feet to 6 square feet.
5. The three directional signs shall be limited to 3 square feet in area.
