Dear Mr. Castello:
Thank you for your submittal of a preliminary application for a new trash enclosure located at
the above address. The subject property is presently zoned P-D (Planned Development) and is
designated as a General Commercial Use on the City's General Plan Land Use Map. The
Planning Division completed the review of your preliminary application and has determined the
proposed trash enclosure is acceptable under the applicable codes. In order to move forward, the
following conditions must be met:
I. The proposed trash enclosure must be constructed as designed to the plans submitted
with the preliminary application, and can occupy no more than two for the parking
spaces located at the rear of the property.
2. A building permit must be obtained from the Building Department of the City of
Campbell.
3. Color and material should match that of the existing building.
