Re: Tree Removal Permit
File No: PLN2005-142
571 & 590 Latimer Circle
Dear Ms. Robinson:
The Community Development Director has approved your Tree Removal Permit application to
remove two American Sweet Gum trees with a diameter of 18-inches and 20-inches, located in the
common lot in front of 571 and 590 Latimer Circle in the P-D (Planned Development) Zoning
District, subject to the following condition of approval for tree replacement:
I. The applicant is required to plant two (2) 24-inch box Flowering Cherry trees in the location
specified by the approved replanting plan on or before December 14, 2005.
The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the City's determination, with a supporting
recommendation by a Certified Arborist, that the trees are damaging a sewer cleanout and water pipe
that serve the townhome development and cannot be controlled or remedied through reasonable
relocation or modification of the utility services.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of
Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, on or before Mondav. November 14.
2005 at 5:00 p.m. A written appeal must be accompanied with payment for appealing the approval.
The trees mav not be removed until after the 10-day appeal period has passed and no appeals have
been received.
