The Community Development Department is supportive of the final map approval subject to the provision of the following items to satisfy this condition: 1) Provision of a letter from West Valley Sanitation District stating that a plan has been approved which upgrades the existing sewer service and that any necessary permits for such work and performance bonds have been obtained, 2) That a performance bond or a set aside letter has been provided to the City of Campbell in the amount to insure that the sewer line will be installed in accordance with the approve plans; and 3)'That a letter of intent is submitted that states that the sewer facilities will be installed within 6 months of the recordation of the final map. Therefore, the new expiration date of the tentative parcel map (PM 94-01) is May 3,1999 and no extension of approval is needed at this time. A refund will be sent to you in the amount of $960.00 for the payment you made on May 5,1998 as the fee for the extension application.
