Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lee:
Thank you for your submittal of a Fence Exception application for the extension of an
existing fence located at 791 Dry Creek Road. The Fence Exception provides for 2'-0" of
lattice attached to an existing 5'-6" tall fence along a portion of the northern (rear
property line), where a 6'-0" fence is allowed. A letter of consent was signed by the
adjacent affected property owner at 621 Union A venue and received by the Planning
Division on May 5,2006..
The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence
Exception:
1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety;
2. Will result in a more desirable site layout;
3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general
welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and
4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the
neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City.

Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the
following conditions of approval:
1. The development of the project shall substantially conform to the plans stamped as
approved by the Community Development Director on May 5, 2006. Any
modifications to the approved plans shall be reviewed and approved by the
Director .
