The Fence Exception provides for 2'-0" of lattice attached to an existing 5'-6" tall fence along a portion of the northern (rear property line), where a 6'-0" fence is allowed. A letter of consent was signed by the adjacent affected property owner at 621 Union A venue and received by the Planning Division on May 5,2006.. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and 4.
