Beyond) on property owned by Lynn Buzolich et allocated at
515 E. Hamilton Avenue in a C-2-S (General Commercial)
Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be
deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning
Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City
