Zoning Verification Letter - 2006June 29, 2006 Mr. Dion Campisi Colliers International 450 West Santa Clara Street San Jose, CA 95113 Re: Zoning Verification 1350 Dell Avenue, Unit 2 Campbell, CA 95008 Dear Mr. Campisi: In response to your request for a zoning letter received by this department on June 26, 2006 for a 2,600 square foot warehouse space, please be advised of the following: The zoning and use of the above-referenced property is governed by the laws and regulations of the City of Campbell. The property is currently zoned C-PD (Condominium -Planned Development) and the current underlying General Plan land use designation is Research and Development. The approved Planned Development Permit for this property indicated a warehousing use for this portion of the building. Based upon your description of a warehouse/storage use for storage of a private automobile collection, the Community Development Director has concluded that this use is consistent with the approved warehouse use. This approval does not permit an auto service operation or auto dismantling operation and is limited to the storage of vehicles or other warehousing uses. Any proposed tenant improvements will require building permits from the Campbell Building Division. Also please verify that the storage of vehicles is an allow occupancy from a Building Division st~_ndpoint.
